Divinely functioning in her Apostolic-Prophetic calling, Janice is impassioned to see matured believers effectively engage in their greatest privilege-prayer. The ministry trumpets, “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” With a life paralleled by discipline and prayer, Janice is not at all a ‘rookie’ to para-military, warfare stratagem. A former police officer and sergeant for over fourteen years, her ministry is the training ground for many skilled intercessors with emphasis on the “how-to” of surrounding their own leaders in prayer and becoming effective ambassadors in the Kingdom of God.

As of 2025, she was ordained to the office of Apostle and is the Apostolic founder of Infinity Apostolic Prophetic Global Network where she oversees other leaders. Apostle Mixon Gay has ministered across more than 27 nations, undertaking missionary journeys that have resulted in the establishment of enduring works throughout India and Africa.

Janice is a Dallas Baptist University graduate with Graduate Studies and a Non-Profit Management Certification. Apostle Mixon Gay is a facilitator of various interdenominational prayer conferences, international speaker. She hosts two online prayer sessions on Tuesdays: Corporate Prayer Punch and Prophetic Intercession. She also manages the Mantle Bible Institute, a prayer and prophetic school, conducts the annual Complete Woman Conference and Prophetic Intercession Summit, while overseeing The Mentorship LINK-USA.

Janice’s celebrated accomplishments include the writing of three books, “Prayer, The First Line of Defense”, “Passionate Reflections”, “Text Prayers”, and several training manuals including “The Prophet’s Journey”, and “The Art of Prayer” with an archive listing of Who’s Who in Notable Women of Texas, and Who’s Who Among International Businesswomen. In the Win A Fresh Start Competition sponsored by the National Magazine, SELF, Janice was recognized as runner-up for her communal and volunteer achievements, which granted her a number of prizes along with financial endowments, and a lifetime achievement award under the presidency of United States President Joseph Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
